Our client was entering an intersection on a green light when the defendant turned left in front of him. It was a violent collision causing our client’s vehicle to spin out of control and end up in the ditch. The client injured his knee and back, and was forced to miss a significant amount of time from work.
The insurance made a low offer. Attorney Shawn Brock filed suit. Shortly after commencement of the lawsuit, the case settled for $50,000.
