Our client was driving through an intersection on Milwaukee’s north side when he was struck by an uninsured motor vehicle. When the police report was obtained it was discovered that the vehicle positions had been reversed making it appear that our client was at fault. Attempting to contact the police department to have it amended went nowhere. The claim was presented to the insurance company, but they repeatedly denied paying the claim based on the incorrect police report. Suit was filed and without the need for a trial Attorney Perlberg was able convince them of the error in the report. The case resolved for more than $20,000.
