Our client was a passenger in a motor vehicle and was injured when the driver of another motor vehicle failed to yield at a stop sign, pulling out in front of the vehicle in which she was a passenger, and causing a collision. As a result of the collision, she sustained a minimally displaced broken right clavicle and abdominal bruising.
