Attorney Jason Abraham donates a check to Pastor Jessie Griffin of Greater New Birth Church.

Throughout the holiday season, Hupy and Abraham works with several different organizations and charities to help feed those in need. The firm has partnered with various food banks across the Midwest including Feeding America of Eastern Wisconsin, Second Harvest Food Bank and the Food Bank of Iowa. Through Hupy and Abraham’s partnership with Feeding America, the firm was introduced to Pastor Jessie Griffin of Greater New Birth Church, who also works with Feeding America.

The Greater New Birth (GNB) Church has locations in both Milwaukee and Racine, Wisconsin, and serves Southeastern Wisconsin. Every year, GNB Church hosts a food giveaway before the holidays, so that families that face food insecurity won’t go hungry. Hupy and Abraham supports Pastor Griffin’s cause and was happy to invite him to the office to receive a donation to go toward feeding those in need. The pastor and his wife met with Attorney Jason Abraham to talk about food needs in the community before the holidays. Attorney Abraham provided a check to the church and the donation went toward purchasing food and getting meals out to thousands of people at giveaways in both Racine and Milwaukee.

As a result, more than 2,000 people were fed over the Thanksgiving holiday alone by the Greater New Birth Church and donations from Hupy and Abraham. A video about the donation and Racine giveaway event can be found here.

Hupy and Abraham is proud to support organizations and charities that help improve the lives of others in the communities we practice in. If you’d like to learn more about the Hupy and Abraham’s charitable contributions and other ways the firm supports the community, head to HUPY.COM.
