Attorney Nicole Weir has been practicing law since she graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2007.  She also attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for her undergraduate studies, where she graduated with honors in 2004, while earning a varsity letter on the Women's Rowing Team.

Attorney Weir is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is licensed to practice in all Wisconsin state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  She joined Hupy & Abraham after practicing in the area of civil litigation and insurance defense for three years.

Attorney Weir has successfully handled numerous personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall and product liability cases.  She believes in being a strong advocate for her clients and works vigorously towards a favorable case outcome.  She is also active in the community, volunteering her time with several local organizations in Appleton and Green Bay.
