On July 26, 2008, Kenneth & Roberta Lloyd were passengers in a vehicle that was hit head-on by a truck on a rural Rock County Wisconsin highway. Immediately before the accident happened, the at-fault driver crossed the centerline into the oncoming lane, and then, at the last moment, veered back into his own lane. In the meantime, the driver of the Lloyds vehicle, in an attempt to avoid the accident, swerved into the oncoming lane and the vehicles hit head-on at highway speeds.
The collision was so violent that both Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd suffered internal abdominal injuries from their seatbelts. Both spent several weeks in the hospital recovering from their injuries. Unfortunately, both are still suffering from the effects of the collision.
Attorney Chad Kreblin sucessfully negotiated the settlement on behalf of the Lloyds. Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd were very happy with the job Attorney Kreblin did in preparing the case and presenting it to the insurance company.
