Our client was a passenger in a car that was T-boned. The at-fault driver claimed our client wasn’t in the car at the time of the accident. Our client was taken to the hospital by a following vehicle driven by his uncle. The uncle took our client to the hospital immediately because his face was bleeding badly because of cuts from a window striking our client, so our client wasn’t at the accident scene for about a minute.
When police came to the scene, our client was not there, so he wasn’t on the accident report, and the insurance company denied the claim. After litigating the case, Attorney Todd Korb was able to get the insurance company to acknowledge our client was there and obtained the policy limits of $50,000.
