In our Fall, 2010 Biker Newsbrief, we included an article that dealt with surviving police encounters and the video that teaches people what to do in that instance. Busted: The Citizen's Guide to Surviving Police Encounters is a video produced and distributed by Flex Your Rights, an organization based in Washington, D.C.
