Hupy and Abraham Donate Complete Christmas Meals to Over 100 Families

16th Annual Christmas Meal Giveaway

Hupy and Abraham, S.C. continue their holiday tradition of touching the lives of thousands of needy families throughout Wisconsin and Illinois this holiday season.

The 16th annual Christmas Meal giveaway was held at Pick N' Save at 2255 N. 35th Street on Wednesday December 14th. The law firm donated $3500 to provide Christmas meals to families in the Milwaukee area. One hundred families received a Christmas food basket filled with all the ingredients to prepare a complete holiday meal for eight. The program serves to feeds over 800 people in the area.

Tiaysha Bradshaw, organizer of the giveaway, continues a family tradition that began 16 years ago with her late grandmother Stella Wilkerson. After her grandmother passed, Tiaysha's mother, Patsy Bradshaw continued the program until her death. Tiaysha is the third generation to carry on the program.

Local churches, schools, organizations and social workers are contacted to identify families that need assistance. Every year, Tiaysha's family and friends gather to assist with the giveaway.

Pick ‘N Save kindly donated the boxes to package the food. Hupy & Abraham Shareholder Chad Kreblin was on hand for the event. “For decades, our firm has stood by its motto to give back to the communities we serve. As part of this commitment, we feed those in need in the name of our firm. We are thankful for the time and efforts put in by the Bradshaw family to assist Hupy and Abraham with this program," said Attorney Kreblin.
