Insurance Denies Claim - Photos Prove the Impossible - Client goes from $0 to $50,000

Our client was riding a motorcycle when someone from the opposite direction pulled out in front of him causing him to hit the car. As a result of this impact, our client suffered a left ankle fracture.

The insurance company denied the claim, saying our client had passed to the right of the vehicle going his direction that was making a left turn and then struck the defendant driver who was simultaneously making a left turn.

Attorney Todd Korb used photos from the accident scene to successfully argue that the defendant’s version was impossible based on where the impact happened and where the final resting place of the motorcycle was.

The insurance company paid their policy limit to settle the claim for $50,000.
