This isn’t a thank you letter for the generous contribution you made.. the size of the THANK YOU we had in mind didn’t fit on this piece of paper.
Thank you isn’t enough. If it weren’t for you, Food Bank of Iowa would not exist. We would not be able to distribute one million pounds of food EACH month throughout our 55 county service area. And we definitely would not be able to serve 175,000 food insecure Iowans every year.
Due to people like you, we are able to carry out mission forward every single day. Even though we distribute one million pounds of food, it’s not enough. Did you know we need to distribute two million pounds a month? With your continued help, we will. Your generosity makes all this possible
