As you know, Centro Legal is a non-profit law firm, and we provide free and nearly free legal services primarily in the family law area to over 2,000 people annually. Your support allows us to resolve legal obstacles for people who are in transition, moving from poverty to independence, self-sufficiency and financial stability. Our focus is to provide legal services primarily in the family law area in order to help our clients and their children. Throughout all our programs, we work closely with many domestic abuse organizations, such as the Sojourner Family Peace Center, The Women’s Center, UMOS’ Latina Resource Center and the Hmong American Women’s Association, so that our clients can make permanent changes to improve their lives.
