Attorney Michael Hupy attending Milwaukee Branch Freedom Fund DinnerThe personal injury law firm of Hupy and Abraham was represented with a table of 10 guests at the 2018 NAACP Milwaukee Branch Freedom Fund Dinner. Most notably, Attorney Michael Hupy attended and met with many community dignitaries throughout the evening.

This year, the event took place at the Wisconsin Center. Prominent activist Tamika Mallory delivered the keynote address, and the event featured a special performance by hip-hop artist and activist Mysonne Linen. The musical accompaniment was provided by the Kevin Hayden Band.

Special appearances included Mayor Tom Barrett, U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin, Congresswoman Gwen Moore, among many others running for public office. The various speakers throughout the evening encouraged everyone to vote in the upcoming elections.

Hupy and Abraham has been a loyal supporter of the NAACP for many years. In 2010, Attorney Jason Abraham was the recipient of their “Lawyer of the Year” award. He received the award in recognition of his legal services and commitment to giving back to the community.
