Tim Schelwat

Hupy and Abraham, S.C. Attorney Timothy Schelwat has received an AV Preeminent Rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rankings. An AV Preeminent rating signifies that a significant portion of an attorney’s peers rank them at the highest possible standard of excellence in communication skills, ethical standards and legal knowledge. The Peer Review Ratings are the gold standard in attorney ratings and have been for over 140 years.

Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Attorney Schelwat attended Drake University School of Law for his juris doctor degree. In his spare time, he enjoys yacht racing and is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, Illinois, Hawaii, United District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
