Our client was injured in two accidents within months of each other. And, both accidents involved other drivers who fled the scene. Our client was receiving medical treatment for the first accident when the second accident occurred. Claims were made for both accidents for damages, but the second accident denied the claims stating any injuries were the result of the first accident.
After depositions, Attorney Thomas Perlberg convinced the insurance company for the second accident to tender their policy limits of $50,000.00, and the cases ultimately resolved for $75,000.00.
