Our client had been visiting his sister's residence at a condominium complex on Milwaukee's northwest side. As he was leaving through the front entrance, he was suddenly struck on the upper back and shoulders and knocked to the ground by a snow and ice-filled gutter.

The gutter had been poorly maintained. The condominium association and its liability insurer initially and repeatedly denied the man's claim, but after extensive discovery in litigation, Attorney Timothy W.
