Hupy and Abraham’s client was riding his motorcycle on a one-way street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin when a car pulled out from a stop sign and hit him. He suffered a serious head injury and can’t remember anything about the accident.
The accident report blamed our client for excessive speed, estimating that he was 10-15 MPH over the limit. However, the other driver admitted that she had crept past the stop sign to see around the parked cars.
The insurance company blamed our client for the accident and made no offer. Attorney Todd Korb filed suit and rejected a $400,000 offer at mediation. Before going to trial, Attorney Korb secured $650,000.
