On a foggy March morning in 2010, our client was stopped at an intersection behind a semi waiting to make a left turn. He was suddenly rear-ended by another semi with a force strong enough to crush the SUV he was driving into the semi-trailer in front of him.

Luckily his SUV popped out from between the two semis, but it careened into another passing car.

The client was immediately taken to the ER and admitted to the hospital for multiple injuries to the head, internal organs, back, and shoulders. After months of treatment for these injuries, he eventually endured a spinal fusion and two shoulder surgeries. Despite these surgeries, the client was still left partially disabled. Attorney Jason Abraham was able to settle the case for $1.35 million after an original offer of $700,000 was made.
