On October 31, 2010, Hupy and Abraham’s client was driving through a Manitowoc, Wisconsin residential intersection when she was T-boned by a driver who ran a red light. Our client’s minivan rolled onto its hood and she suffered serious neck injuries that required surgery.

The insurance company argued that the driver who ran the red light was not at fault due to visual obstructions in the intersection. They also argued that many of the injuries were pre-existing. Attorney Robert Domol rejected these arguments and secured a $265,000 settlement at mediation.
