September 1, 2023, our client was hit by a young driver at high rate of speed. Our client was transported to a local hospital with severe injuries. A few days after the accident, he went to a local hospital and was admitted for five days due to his injuries. Unfortunately, this hospital filed a hospital lien against our client, even though he had health insurance. This action often causes delays in settlement of the cases.
