Our client was on a motorcycle riding in the country when a slow-moving tractor pulling a large farm implement suddenly made a left turn as our client was passing. The farmer admitted he didn’t use a left turn signal. There was no contact between the vehicles as our client lost control of the motorcycle as he tried to avoid the accident. Our client suffered a head injury and fractures, shoulder injury and fractures, and rib fractures.
