It was a sunny spring day and our client was riding his bicycle in downtown Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. As he rode in the street, he saw a “white streak” that turned out to be a dog, who ran into his bicycle, causing him to fall over.
He came down on his hip and sustained “the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life.”
