$50,000 for Client Rear-Ended While Slowing For Snowplow

On a snowy February day in Watertown, Wisconsin, our client was injured after being rear-ended. He had slowed down for a snowplow when he was struck by another car and suffered arm and chest injuries.

The insurance company argued that its insured was not responsible for rear-ending our client due to the whiteout conditions.

Attorney Robert Domol filed a lawsuit and prepared the case for trial. The insurance company agreed to pay $50,000 and settle the case at mediation.
