In March of 2010, our client was traveling northboud on Lewis Avenue in Waukegan, Illinois when another driver caused a collision by making a left turn in from of his vehicle. The insurance company made no offer due to the client's ongoing treatment for back and foot pain. They claimed that such treatment was excessive due to the presence of these conditions before the accident.
