Our client slipped and fell in a grocery store and injured his back. The insurance company for the store denied liability for the incident and claimed he couldn’t have been injured since he was able to leave the store without medical assistance. They made no offer to settle the case.
Attorney James Carlson moved forward with filing a lawsuit, and the case resolved at mediation for $32,500.
