$200,000 Offered To Settle Oncoming Car Accident

On March 13, 2016, our client was waiting to make a left-hand turn into a driveway, when a vehicle came around him from behind and went into the oncoming lanes striking the front driver’s side of our client’s vehicle.  

When initially presented to the insurance company, they denied the claim stating that they believed our client had made an improper left turn.  As the case proceeded, they eventually made a $22,000 per suit offer, which was rejected.  Ultimately, the case resolved for $200,000 without the need for a trial.
