$20,000 for Motorcycle Rider Hit By A Lyft Vehicle

Our client was traveling north in the left lane of Prospect Avenue in Milwaukee on his motorcycle. As he approached East Kane Place, a Lyft car in the right lane proceeded to make a left turn in front of our client causing a collision.

The Lyft driver disagreed with the police report that stated he made the left turn from the right lane. The driver told the officer he did not know where he came from.

Denying the claim, the Lyft driver's insurance company said the Lyft passenger agreed with the driver saying he was not at fault.  After litigation, Attorney Todd Korb of Hupy and Abraham was able to get the insurance company to pay 100 percent of our client's injury claim. The case settled for $20,000.
