On a summer afternoon in 2015, Hupy and Abraham’s client was injured when her car was struck by a stolen car. While proceeding through a green light, the driver of a stolen vehicle ran the red light and struck our client, causing a serious car accident that sent debris toward several other vehicles and seriously injuring her.

The insurance company made a low initial offer, but after successful negotiations by Attorney Theisen, the insurance company agreed to settle the case for their policy limits of $100,000.
