Our client’s vehicle was struck on the rear driver’s side by another driver who claimed she had a green light and that our client failed to yield the right of way.
The other driver’s insurance company denied the claim and refused to offer any money, at which point Attorney Tim Schelwat commenced a lawsuit. Once discovery was completed, the case went to mediation and the insurance company agreed to pay $10,000 to settle our client’s claims.
