Dear Hupy and Abraham –

I was injured when I was starting my father’s chainsaw. The chainsaw started on full throttle causing me to lose control of the chainsaw and cut my leg.  Unfortunately, my father failed to tell me that the chainsaw’s throttle would stick, thereby leading to the accident. The insurance company denied me the claim saying that my own negligence was the cause of the accident.  With medical bills totaling a little over $10,000, the insurance company ultimately paid $47,000 to settle the claim after litigating the case. If it wasn't for your law firm, I would be swimming in debt. Thank you for everything that you have done for me!
