Hupy and Abraham, S.C. lead investigator, Tony "Pan" Sanfelipo has been asked to conduct a workshop entitled, "Know Your Rights" for the upcoming Bikers Empowerment Training Conference (BETC) in Memphis, Tennessee, January 21-24, 2010.
Tony will discuss issues concerning insurance needs, securing evidence at the scene of an accident and what your rights are in a traffic stop. His wife, Vicki Sanfelipo, has also been invited to conduct a workshop on her program, Accident Scene Management. Hupy and Abraham, S.C. has been a financial sponsor of ASMI since its inception and provides attorneys at selected classes to explain how proper insurance can protect you and how to buy the right kinds of insurance for your motorcycle.
In all, there will be 18 educational workshops during the conference along with celebrity guests and keynote speakers. BETC is comprised of 20 organizations united in presenting an all inclusive conference. The workshops include topics such as the Role of a Leader, Organizational Structure, Safe Riding Techniques, Managing the Scene of an Accident, Motorcycle Awareness, Know Your Rights and Applying for Grants.
The Keynote speaker will be Warner Dickerson, President of the NAACP, Tennessee. The motto of BETC is "Bridging Gaps by Building Bridges."
