Motorcyclist Turns Down $100,000 Offer and Receives Over $1Million

On July 10, 2004, Ronald Sobiesczyk lost his leg as a result of a motorcycle crash in Shorewood, WI. A car pulled out and made a left turn in front of the cyclist causing the crash.
