Illinois Parolee Charged in Fatal Accident | IL Injury Attorney

A man out on parole for reckless homicide has been charged with the same offense.  Bruce Dozier of Markman was out on parole when he caused a major accident, ending the life of a Country Club Hills resident. 

According to the Crestwood police Dozier has been charged with reckless homicide, aggravated driving under the influence of drugs and driving under the influence of drugs. 

One man lost his life during the accident and others received minor injuries.  According to Sgt. Chris Soderlund Dozier was driving a 1997 Buick LeSabre when he sped down Cicero Avenue and struck several vehicles that were stopped at the intersection.

Dozier was on parole for a 2006 reckless homicide charge at the time of the accident.
