On behalf of the West Side Swim Club, I would like to extend our sincere thanks for your sponsorship of our swim clinic with Olympic gold medalist Carly Piper. 30 of our swimmers spent the evening working with Carly on their strokes, starts and turns. It was a great motivational opportunity for them that translated into great times at the recent All City Swim Meet.
As a token of our appreciation, please find a signed swim map from Carly. At the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Piper won a gold medal in the 4x200-meter freestyle relay with Natalie Coughlin, Kaitlin Sandeno and Dana Vollmer that set the world record in the event.
