SSRI DRUGS

Zoloft, Paxil, Prozac, Celexa, and Lexapro are in the class of prescription drugs called SSRIs. They are widely prescribed for the treatment of depression, anxiety, panic, and post traumatic stress disorder. Scientific research has established that there is a link between mothers' use of these drugs during pregnancy and birth defects in the children they bear.

If you, a family member, friend or co-worker have taken an SSRI drug during pregnancy and borne a child with one or more birth defects, you, and your child, may be entitled to compensation.

ACTOS

Actos is a diabetes drug. Scientific research has determined that Actos is associated with an increased occurrence of bladder cancer. If you, a family member, friend or co-worker have taken Actos and been diagnosed with bladder cancer, you may be eligible for compensation.
