The Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) offers on-bike courses and has a wealth of information on motorcycle safety. Their basic level course can often be used as a replacement for your state's on-bike and written test requirements.
The MSF offers their Basic RiderCourse as a 15-hour class that takes place over a few days or consecutive weekends. The course is offered in Brookfield, Cleveland, West Bend, Franklin, Kenosha, Milwaukee, West Allis, Green Bay, Wrightstown, Oshkosh and many other Wisconsin cities.
