On March 24, 2011, Hupy & Abraham was a luxury sponsor of the Sojourner Family Peace Center "Awear" Fashion Show. The event was held at the Harley-Davidson Museum in downtown Milwaukee, and was attended by several hundred. Hupy & Abraham attorneys joined local television personalities and community leaders in raising money for Sojourner Family Peace Center, which supports victims of domestic violence.

A main mission of the Peace Center is to operate Sojourner Truth House, which is a 42-bed shelter that has provided safety and support services to thousands of women and children. Other programs include the 24-hour domestic violence hotline, domestic abuse victim advocates in the Milwaukee County District Attorneys Office, Courthouse advocacy and a restraining order clinic.
