Attorney Michael Hupy and employee with boxes of clothes to share with the community
Hupy and Abraham, S.C. staff gathered 35 coats for its 2015 winter coat drive.

With winter quickly approaching, Hupy and Abraham, S.C. held a coat drive in its Milwaukee office. In an effort to give back to the community, employees were given the opportunity to donate gently used or new coats for the drive. The average temperature during a Wisconsin winter is 40.8 degrees.

Hupy and Abraham, S.C. staff gathered 35 coats for the drive. All coats were donated to the Sojourner Family Peace Center. The Center is a nonprofit organization that provides education, advocacy and resources throughout Milwaukee to break the cycle of family violence. Some of these resources include shelter, a 24-hour Domestic Violence Hotline, the Restraining Order Clinic in the Milwaukee County Courthouse and the Beyond Abuse program.

Hupy and Abraham, S.C. contributes to the community year round, and especially during the winter months. During the 2014 holiday season, the firm provided food baskets for over 10,000 people in the greater Milwaukee area.
