Thank you for your donation to Homeless Connections’ (formerly the Emergency Shelter of the Fox Valley) Gala on November 11. With your help, we raised over $85,000 to help individuals and families in need in our community.
Our client speaker Todd is successful, because he’s connected to community resources. His case manager helped him connect to a primary care physician and mental health counselor. Todd earned a bike at Riverview Gardens and eventually moved into an apartment in the It Takes a Village program. Todd has connected to another agency since the Gala – he’s now employed at Housing Partnership of the Fox Cities!
Your support connects clients like Todd to the resources they need to be successful and find homes of their own in our community. Every day, your gifts are helping us end homelessness one client at a time through our four core areas of impact – Prevention, Shelter, Street Outreach, and Case Management.
