ReDonna Rodgers, Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Teaching Entrepreneurship in Milwaukee received a prestigious award at The Princeton Club in New York City on October 19, 2004. Rodgers was one of four leaders in the nation to receive this award for 2004.
The Manhattan Institute Award for Social Entrepreneurship honors non-profit leaders who have found innovative, private solutions for America’s most pressing social problems.
Other recipients of the award at the ceremony included Jane Leu, San Francisco, California, Al Sikes, New York, New York, and John Sage, Houston, Texas.
The Master of Ceremonies at the dinner was Howard Husock, Director of Case Studies, Kennedy School, Harvard University.
