Yes, I am starting off this with a HUGE THANK YOU! Due to your generosity, over 3300 people were served during the "2013 Christ the Rock Thanksgiving Dinner."
This year was a first for us. We supplied St. Mary's Church in Appleton with food to open their community room to the public for meals. St. Mary's was able to gather 30 volunteers from their parish and run the meal successfully. We would like to continue this with other churches and community centers that are willing to gather volunteers to serve the food we provide them.
Your donation this year made it possible for us to feed literally THOUSANDS of people. I cannot thank you enough for your generosity and support for this program. We want this program to reach out as far and wide as it can to touch the lives of as many people as possible that need a warm meal or fellowship on Thanksgiving.
Again I cannot thank you enough for your support. Without you, this dinner would not be able to reach as many people as it does.
