Hupy and Abraham received a personal thank you from Second Harvest Food Bank of Southern Wisconsin. The law firm’s generous donation of $1,000 provided 3,000 meals to the homeless and needy in 16 Wisconsin counties.

Second Harvest is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger through community partnerships, serving nearly 141,000 people annually, 43 percent are children. Through food and financial donations and volunteer support, Second Harvest acquires and distributes food to more than 225 partner programs. In 2012 Second Harvest distributed 9.8 million pounds of food. It is one of 200 members of Feeding America, the nation’s leading domestic hunger-relief charity.

If it weren’t for Hupy and Abraham, and Second Harvest and its partners, many people in the community would not receive the proper nutrition needed to survive. The law firm’s contribution allows residents to  get the proper food they need for themselves and their loved ones.
