Hupy and Abraham, S.C. was a sponsor at the “32nd Annual COA Parents of the Year Luncheon” that took place on June 19, 2014. The event celebrated COA Youth and Family Center’s mission --to reach out to parents, children, and teens by giving them tools and support to reach their maximum potential. COA’s services help over 16,000 children and families at multiple locations in the Milwaukee Community.

Steve & Melanie Booth and Rick & Sue Strait – COA’s 2014 Parents of the Year -- wrote a personalized thank you to Michael Hupy and the firm for Hupy and Abraham’s sponsorship of the luncheon. In the letter, the couples shared that COA and friends raised over $121,000 for early child education, family, and camp programs, allowing families to achieve things they previously never thought possible. The couples also expressed deep gratitude to the firm for being one of the sponsors.
Attorney Michael Hupy and his wife Suzanne have served as hosts of COA’s annual “Oscar Gala” the past two years. The event is the only “Oscar Night” that is sanctioned by the Motion Picture Association of America in Wisconsin, and raised over $136,000. COA is the most efficient charity in Wisconsin according to Charity Navigator.
As active members of the community, Hupy and Abraham, S.C. has given $500,000 to over 100 worthwhile causes.
