How can I help prevent drunk driving accidents in Wisconsin and Illinois?

A:

All too often we hear from families who have lost their loved one due to the actions of a drunk driver.  These wrongful death suits are painful for everyone involved yet they are a necessary way to ensure that those responsible for causing such serious accidents pay for their mistakes.  We all know that drunk driving causes loss of life and serious accidents each day.  But what can you do to help prevent drunk driving?

The simplest way, though it can be difficult in social situations, is to ensure that those who have been drinking do not get behind the wheel.  If you are the host of a party make sure that everyone has a designated driver or a plan to get home.  Remember, your actions may just save a life.
