On July 9, 2011, Hupy and Abraham, S.C.’s client was riding his motorcycle southbound on County Highway Y near the intersection with Cedar Creek Road in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. At that time, a delivery driver caused a collision while attempting a U-turn, inflicting serious injuries upon our client.
In the accident, our client sustained a fractured femur, among other injuries, and needed skin grafts, but managed to keep his spirits high throughout the ordeal. He may need to continue treatment in the future. Without filing suit, Attorney Jason Abraham obtained a settlement of more than $1.8 million.
