On a December night in 2014, Hupy and Abraham’s client was driving westbound on Highway 16 in Columbus, Wisconsin. He was driving behind a semi and rear-ended that vehicle because its taillights were not functioning properly. Our client sustained broken ribs and a fractured thumb in the accident.
The semi driver’s insurance company denied liability, and our client initially hired a different attorney. After reviewing the case, that attorney dropped him because he didn’t think they could win.
