Hupy Law Firm Files Lawsuit for Columbia County Biker; Turns $100,000 Offer into $190,000 Settlement

Attorney Chad Kreblin recently turned a $100,000 offer into a $190,000 settlement for a Columbia County biker by taking the insurance company for the defendant, General Casualty, to court.  The defendant in the case was drinking at the time of the crash, and fled from the scene after hitting our client.  Despite these facts, before the lawsuit was filed, the insurance company offered $100,000 to our client, maintaining that our client was 50% at fault for his motorcycle crash.

After filing a lawsuit, and taking several depositions, Attorney Kreblin was able to get the client $190,000 for his injuries.  The client was very pleased with the result.
