Insurance Company Pays Off Uninsured Driver, Makes Insured Go to Trial to Prove Case

In March 2011, our client was hit by an uninsured driver who was speeding and weaving through traffic. Our client’s insurer paid off the claim of the uninsured driver and denied our client’s claim despite a witness who gave a detailed description of the uninsured driver’s erratic and dangerous behavior. The insurance company chose to interview only one witness who saw very little of the accident.

On February 5, 2013, Hupy and Abraham Attorney James Shilobrit won at trial. Our client will now be able to collect money for injuries and his totaled vehicle.
