Hupy and Abraham's client was rear-ended in a four-car accident on Alpine Road in Rockford, Illinois in 2014. Our client was safely slowing down while approaching a controlled intersection. But the driver behind her did not slow down quickly enough, causing the chain reaction accident. As a result, she needed shoulder surgery and sustained further damage to her lower back.

The insurance company initially offered $80,000.  Attorney James Theisen rejected the low offer and was prepared to file suit.  The insurance company caved and increased their offer 50 percent to $120,000.
