Green Bay Area Biker Receives $1.1 Million Settlement

On July 12, 2009, our client, a Green Bay Area Biker was injured by a young woman driving a Saturn that turned left in front of him.  At the time of the accident, our client was riding east on Lineville Road in Green Bay.  As he approached a driveway to Piggly Wiggly, the driver of the Saturn turned in front of him.  She later told the police that she looked, but did not see the motorcycle approaching. 

As a result of the accident, our client sustained significant injuries to his head, hip and leg.  Attorney Jason F. Abraham worked hard on the case, and was able to convince the insurance company to pay its $1.1 Million policy limits to our client.
